We’ll give you time. Just let us know and we’ll happily extend your trial.

Yes, training is included. This is done either on-site or online. We recommend up to 6 users per 1/2 day session, but we can be flexible as required.

Full support is included as well. We’re available by Live Chat and email during business hours.

We can arrange on-site support as well if required (just give us some notice first).

All new features and future developments are included in the price.

The only exception is if you asked us to create a feature exclusively for your organisation which we couldn’t offer as part of our product to other users.

Narrator: no-one has asked us to do this so far, so we’ve never charged anyone extra for a new feature.

We won’t charge you extra every time you want to change something.

We work with you to make sure that you’re happy with the changes you need to make, free of charge.

You can pay us by invoice, or use one of our fully secure payment partners to pay on a monthly basis:

  • GoCardless for BACS (Direct Debit)

Yes you can. We’re can invoice you quarterly or for a half-year period if that makes things easier for you.

Please note that we can’t split invoices into monthly intervals.
