Show live vacancies on your website
Live Opportunities can be listed without a token, so a website can show them directly. Your web team designs the page; enrola supplies the vacancies.

See enrola with your own vacancies
Book a demo and the enrola team will show you how enrola would handle your vacancies, applicants and employers.
Secure access
Other requests use an OAuth client ID and secret that a Team Owner generates for a user; tokens last 24 hours. Files for file custom fields can be sent as base64 or an HTTPS link, and CVs as an HTTPS link; linked files can be up to 20 MB.
Disabled users lose access
A disabled user’s API keys and tokens stop working, and disabling a user deletes their access tokens.
Files and closed vacancies
API clients can download file fields and CVs with their access token. Each Opportunity’s details say whether it has closed, and the API refuses new Applications to a closed Opportunity.
A reference you can rely on
The API reference is published at app.enrola.co.uk/api/doc/, with an OpenAPI document checked against the code on every change.
Example: list live Opportunities
GET https://app.enrola.co.uk/api/v1/opportunitiesSee the reference for parameters and response fields.
Other ways to publish vacancies
If you do not need a custom page, the Website iFrame adds a complete job board with copy-and-paste code.
