Everyone confirms by email
The applicant and the interviewer each receive an email with links to accept or decline. Postponing or cancelling an interview sends the right email to each person. Interviewers can also be notified when an interview is scheduled.
Book many interviews at once
Internal interviews can be booked for many applicants to the same Opportunity at once while changing their status, which suits assessment days and group interviews.

- Move Applications to an interview status, singly or in bulk.
- Choose the slot and the interviewer.
- The applicant and interviewer accept or decline from their emails.
