Privacy notice

This notice explains how we use personal data when you visit this website, ask for a demo or receive enrola news by email. It also explains your rights.

Who we are

enrola is owned and run by Not Going To Uni Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 06464163. Our registered office is Willowdene, Barneshall Avenue, Worcester, WR5 3EU. In this notice, “we” means Not Going To Uni Limited.

We decide how the personal data described here is used, so we are its controller. For questions about your data, email hello@enrola.co.uk.

If your organisation uses enrola

Training providers and colleges use enrola to manage vacancies, applications, employers and learners. Each organisation decides what happens to the data it puts into enrola, and we process that data for it under our contract with it.

If you applied for an apprenticeship or a course through enrola, or you work for an employer that a provider uses enrola with, contact that provider about your data.

Demo requests

When you book a demo, the form asks for your name, organisation, work email address, phone number if you give it, how many people would use enrola, and anything you would like the demo to cover. We also record the page you sent it from.

We use these details to arrange the demo, to follow it up and to discuss enrola with your organisation. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries about enrola.

The form sends your request to HubSpot, our customer relationship system, and HubSpot emails the enrola team to say it has arrived. We keep your details for 2 years after we were last in contact with you, unless your organisation becomes a customer.

enrola news by email

We send enrola news to people who tick the news box on our forms. Our lawful basis is your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email.

We may also email people at training providers, colleges and our customers about enrola, using their work email address. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in telling organisations about enrola. You can object at any time, and we will stop.

Our emails record whether they are opened and which links are clicked, so we can see which subjects interest readers. If you unsubscribe, we keep your email address on a suppression list so that we do not email you again.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies until you choose. When you first visit, a banner asks whether you accept cookies. If you decline, we set only the cookie that records your choice, and our analytics do not run.

If you accept, HubSpot’s analytics cookies record the pages you visit on this website. When you also send a form, HubSpot links those visits to your request, so we can see what you read before you asked for a demo.

Visits to this website

Like most websites, ours keeps a log of each request it receives: the time, the page and any campaign tags in its address, the page you came from, your IP address and your browser type. The log sets no cookies.

We use it to run and protect the website, to find faults, and to count visits from our email and social media links. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure website. We keep the log for 90 days.
