Each organisation starts with three Opportunity types, Apprenticeship, Quick Register and Full cost course, and can add its own. Each has its own application form and workflow, so each team works in the way its provision needs.

Your college’s job board, on your website

Your enrola job board can sit on the college website through the Website iFrame. You choose which search fields and Opportunity types it shows.

Several organisations, one login

One login can belong to several organisations, with a switcher between them. Colleges in a group, or with a separate training company, can keep their records apart while staff work across them.

Access that matches your teams

Users have one of four roles: Read Only, User, Admin or Team Owner. Admins choose which filters each list shows, so each team sees what it needs.

From applicant to learner, with your MIS

enrola looks up applicants in the Learning Records Service and creates Learner records at enrolment. Learner data is exported to CSV for your MIS.
