What enrola does
- Holds each vacancy as an Opportunity, of type Apprenticeship, Quick Register or Full cost course.
- Posts Opportunities to job boards from Posting Control.
- Collects Applications on forms the provider designs, and keeps applicants who agree in a Talent Pool for other roles.
- Runs applicant workflows in which each status can take an action, such as sending an email or a form.
- Looks up applicants in the Learning Records Service and fetches BKSB, Selectahead and My Skills Forward results.
- Keeps Employer records with levy status, and a Deals board of employer deals.
- Shares applicant profiles with employers, showing only the fields you choose.
- Creates Learner records at enrolment and can create learners in Pellcomp PiCS or Bud.
- Exports data as CSV, and Admins can import records from CSV.
- Lets Admins undo an import for 7 days after it ran.
- Can delete archived Applications automatically after a period an Admin chooses; this is off until an Admin turns it on.
- Emails up to 500 selected people in the Talent Pool at once.
- Lets one login work across several organisations, with four user roles, and asks for a code sent by email at sign-in, with recovery codes if it does not arrive.
Not included today
- enrola does not produce an Individualised Learner Record (ILR) file; learner data is exported to CSV.
- enrola creates vacancies on Find an apprenticeship but does not send later changes or closures.
- enrola does not sync interviews with Outlook or Google calendars.
- enrola sends text messages only for request-more-info links, not in bulk.
