Applied for an apprenticeship through enrola?

enrola is software that training providers and colleges use to manage apprenticeship vacancies and applications. If you applied through a provider’s job board, website or Find an apprenticeship, your application is held by that provider, and enrola manages it on their behalf.

Who to contact

Contact the training provider or college you applied to. Their name is on the vacancy, on your confirmation emails and at the top of the job board where you applied. The enrola team cannot see or change applications on a provider’s behalf.
