From a Learner record, staff transfer the learner to Bud through Posting Control. enrola creates the learner as an applicant in Bud with their name, email address and funding model, and Bud invites them to register.
Checked before it is sent
enrola checks the learner’s details before the transfer and shows any fields that need correcting. It records Bud’s reference for the learner and the result of each transfer, and does not create the same learner in Bud twice.
What you need
Each organisation connects with its own Bud API credentials, entered in Settings.
How it works
- Create the Learner record from the successful Application.
- Choose Bud in the Learner’s Posting Control and correct anything enrola flags.
- Transfer the learner, and Bud invites them to register.
What it does not do
The transfer is one way: changes made in enrola afterwards are not sent to Bud.
