enrola updates, 19 October 2026

Published 19 October 2026

These changes reached enrola between 16 and 19 October 2026.

Maps

  • The job board can show a map of your Opportunities above its search, with squares coloured by Opportunity type; you switch it on in the Website iFrame settings. See your job board.
  • A Map button shows the Applications list on a map that follows your filters, and you can draw a circle or rectangle to filter the list to that area. See applicant tracking.

Applications

  • The Applications list shows each applicant once a page, with their other applications folded under their first row.
  • Each Application’s Learning Records Service (LRS) status shows as a coloured label, and a potential match opens a clearer comparison where staff accept it, confirm it with the applicant or reject it. See LRS lookups.
  • An Application’s Notes panel holds the notes timeline, a Notes box and your organisation’s own fields.
  • enrola identifies Level 2 English and Maths (Beta) from an applicant’s LRS qualifications and highlights the qualifications that count. See LRS lookups.

Working anywhere

  • Each user can switch enrola to a dark mode from the header. See settings and branding.
  • On a phone, lists keep every column and scroll sideways, the bulk actions sit in one Actions menu, and panels can be rearranged by touch.

Sharing and security

  • You can hide an applicant’s name, personal details or contact details when you share a profile, and shared links stop working after 30 days. See applicant profiles.
  • Links to shared profiles and feedback surveys are signed, so they cannot be altered, and enrola checks the Learning Records Service’s certificate on every lookup. See security.

Posting

  • enrola posts apprenticeships of 8 months or more to Find an apprenticeship, following the service’s current minimum. See Find an apprenticeship.
